What we collect

When you email hello@pattaia.co we receive your email address, the message you send us, and any photos you attach. That is the only personal data we collect directly from you on this site. No form, no signup, no account.

For visitor analytics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free. It records the page URL, anonymized country, browser type, and a coarse visit count. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profile, no personal identifier.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your demo request or order.
• To train a private AI model on the photos of your bar and your staff, only after you have signed our bilingual EN/TH consent form for each person who appears.
• To understand which sections of this page are read and improve them.

How long we keep it

• Email correspondence: kept while you are a customer plus 12 months, then deleted.
• Training photos and trained models: kept while your subscription is active. Deleted within 30 days of cancellation, on written request, or when any individual revokes consent.
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymized, retained for 30 days by Vercel.

Your PDPA rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data. Each individual whose face has been used to train a model can revoke consent at any time, and we will delete the corresponding model and outputs.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pattaia.co with the subject "PDPA request". We reply within 30 days.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of processors strictly to deliver the service:

• Vercel: hosting and analytics (global edge).
• Google Fonts: font delivery (visitor IP only, no profile).
• Resend: transactional email delivery for contact form submissions (US-based, no email content stored, delivery logs retained around 7 days).
• Namecheap: domain registrar and email forwarding (US-based, forwards hello@ and contact@ to a private inbox in real time without permanent storage).
• Our AI training infrastructure: kept private, never shared with third parties for advertising or other uses. Details on request.
